Hans Morris is a director of portfolio companies Lending Club and Cardworks. Previously, he was Managing Director at General Atlantic, a global growth equity firm, where he continues to act as Special Advisor and director for KCG and XP Investimentos. Hans also served as President of Visa while it completed its reorganization and 2008 IPO, which remains one of the largest in history. Before that, he spent over two decades at Citigroup in various roles, including CFO of Markets and Banking. Hans is a graduate of Dartmouth College.
Frank Yeary is Executive Chairman of CamberView Partners, LLC., and Chairman and Co-founder of Level Money, Inc., a financial organization that is empowering the next generation of young adults to create a secure financial future. Previously, he was Vice Chancellor of the University of California, Berkeley, and Global Head of Mergers & Acquisitions at Citigroup. He is a graduate of UC Berkeley.
Prior to joining Nyca, Ravi spent 25 years in global leadership roles at Citigroup and JP Morgan Chase, including heading bank capital market operations, corporate bank technology and operations, and KYC/AML operations, and leading large-scale strategic reengineering of the financial infrastructure. He is a graduate of Indian Institute of Technology and Asian Institute of Management.
Prior to joining Nyca, Jeffrey was an Associate within J.P. Morgan’s Financial Institutions Investment Banking Group, focusing on the Specialty Finance sector. In his previous role, Jeffrey worked on transformative transactions such as Navient’s $7.3bn spin-off from Sallie Mae and Synchrony Financial’s $2.9bn IPO. Before J.P. Morgan, Jeffrey was a Co-founder, Board Member, and the Chief Technology Officer of GXStudios, Inc., a media and entertainment company responsible for creating massively multiplayer web-based games. Jeffrey received his MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and his BA from Yale University.
